Juan M. Procaccini, founder of Moebius Capital Group, is a professional with over 20 years of experience and a solid track record in the investment and real estate management businesses. He previously participated in Grupo Pegasus where, since 2008, he was the partner responsible for the Real Estate business. At Pegasus, he led investments through the PREF Fund I (Pegasus Real Estate Fund I) in Argentina, which closed in 2007 with capital commitments of $260 million in partnership with Bank of America Merrill Lynch. In addition, he directed the set up and structuring of PREF Fund II in Colombia with a fund raise objective of $300 million, in partnership with the leading real estate developer in the Colombian market. Juan also analyzed various real estate investments and partnership opportunities throughout Latin America. Previously, he was a strategy management consultant at McKinsey & Co. in Europe and Latin America; he worked at Procter & Gamble, where he developed the business of Uruguay and Paraguay; and at Powerscreen International Ltd., where he introduced the company’s equipment lines in Colombia and Argentina.
